Potomac State Alert
University Police Reminds Pedestrians to Use Sidewalks
Pedestrians are prohibited by WV law (17C-10-5) to walk in any street or roadway when a sidewalk is available. In the interest of pedestrian and motorist safety, the University Police are encouraging all pedestrians to use the sidewalks provided along our city streets. This safety issue has become more hazardous to pedestrians and motorists along State St. and Fort Ave. Please use caution when traveling these routes, in particular. Thank you!
